FAQ

Pricing questions

Quick answers on billing, family access, AI usage, TV displays, and EHR support.

Do families ever pay to use Tap Family?

No. Tap Family is always free for families. Pricing is billed to the community on a per-resident basis.

What does annual billing save?

Annual billing reduces the effective monthly price by up to about 18 percent compared with monthly billing, depending on plan.

How do AI limits work?

AI usage is structured as shared credits tied to the number of residents served. Plus includes packaged shared credits for summaries, draft messages, and unresolved issue detection, while Enterprise adds custom workflows and custom shared credits sized to rollout and policy needs.

What kinds of TV signage are included?

Plus includes beta access for community TV displays. Enterprise supports custom TV rollout planning, branding, and deployment for broader resident and family communication.

What EHR systems can Tap Family work with?

EHR support scales by plan, from basic context in Core to advanced workflows in Plus to custom integrations in Enterprise. Enterprise conversations can include PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and other FHIR-compliant systems.
